News FCC Issues Temporary Freeze on Forms 301, 314 and 315 After the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals stayed the FCC's order, an action that prevented the media ownership rules from being enforced until the Court review is complete, the FCC's Media Bureau has established a freeze, effective immediately.
